Collective ASOS Haul | Clothes and Shoes

ASOS’s 20% student discount rolled around again so the inevitable happened. This is actually two orders put together in one post as some of these things I ordered back in March and hadn’t posted about them 🙂

I swear ASOS are doing the 20% student discount far more frequently lately and it gets me every time! I absolutely LOVE all the things I picked up and a lot of it should be suitable all through Spring/Summer so less excuses to purchase more…

asos white ruffle detail jumper
ASOS Jumper with Ruffle Detail £35

I am absolutely in love with this jumper; it’s beautiful. I am loving ruffles at the moment and also pretty white tops. It is a bit see-through so you need to wear a nude or white bra but it’s so pretty just with a pair of jeans. It also feels wonderful to wear, the arms just feel amazing I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s gorgeous quality.

asos grey marl long sleeve top with ruffle front
ASOS Top with Long Sleeve and Ruffle Front £20

Another ruffle top, this time grey and a jersey material that is SO SOFT. As soon as I tried this on I had to keep it regardless of whether it looked nice because it is so soft and comfortable, it’s like wearing a hug. However, I do love it on too luckily, it’s so sweet.

asos 70s belted mini dress nude (2)
ASOS 70’s Belted Mini Dress in Nude £38

Ahhh I love this dress. It’s so pretty and classy but still a bit sexy with the low neckline. I had to buy a bra especially for this so I’m hoping they work well together. This dress is beautiful. As you can see, it is a lot more pink in real life than it appears on the website, which was fine by me, but is something to be aware of. It’s definitely Pink as opposed to Nude in my opinion.

asos black jersey peg leg trousers draw cord waist
ASOS Jersey Peg Trousers with Draw Cord Waist in Black £18

Oh well, were this not one of my greatest purchases ever. I am all about comfort lately so these are amazing – baggy, jogger-esque with a stretchy high waist but they look a bit more tailored and less casual. I’ve been wearing these to all my lectures as I can’t deal with my stomach being squished for hours in jeans, and then it makes the weirdest noises which is just bloody embarrassing so these give my stomach a little room to breathe. I swear I have the noisiest stomach ever, it just doesn’t stop doing whatever it’s doing. And I don’t know what exactly that is cause I definitely don’t have a high metabolism, more’s the pity 😦

asos white lace trim shorts
ASOS High Waisted Jersey Shorts with Lace Hem in White £18

One word: CUTE! More stretchy, high-waisted comfy heaven, but this time with summer in mind. These will be adorable and great to put on with pretty much any t-shirt and be super comfortable.

asos cat unicorn ankle socks
ASOS Cat Unicorn Ankle Socks £3

These were just a silly ‘why not’ purchase. I love cats, I like unicorns so it makes a cute combination and I love me some novelty socks ❤

asos only once leather heeled shoes sandals clogs
ASOS ONLY ONCE Leather Heeled Shoes in Black £35

These had been in my ‘Saved for Later’  for a while waiting for the 20% discount to roll around so were an obvious purchase. I was glad to find them very comfortable when they arrived, very easy to walk in. I found the Size 5 came up a little bit smaller than normal, but they’re still fine and I LOVE them. The are so cool and I love the ‘wooden’ sole. I’m imagining them with lots of denim! Skirts, jeans, just everything. I think they’re a great, versatile buy.

ASOS Cat Velvet Cross Body Bag - Black
ASOS Cat Velvet Cross Body Bag in Black £18

This was another absolute must buy, I got this in the March order just with the standard 10% student discount. It’s just perfect, totally adorable. It feels lovely, so velvety and is just so cute but genuinely very wearable! Can’t wait to wear her everywhere. Unfortunately it’s been out of stock for weeks so I’m not sure if they’re ever planning to restock it but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do, or if they maybe bring it out in other colours, as I expect it was a popular choice. Everyone loves cats right?! If they were to bring out other colours I would be all over that. Like I need a collection of Cat bags but I sure as hell want one…

And there we have it! I’ve got a Topshop haul coming up too as they also had a rare 20% student discount on so as my other favourite brand, along with ASOS, I had a lil’ splurge.

Collective Haul: Zara, Primark, ASOS

I’ve once again accumulated a few newly purchased clothing and footwear bits and pieces so I thought I would share them!

Studded Black Flats – ASOS £28

Assorted Animal Trainer Socks – Primark £1.50

Assorted Bear Trainer Socks – Primark £2.50

Black Strap Ballet Flats – Primark £10

Long-sleeved Pink Velvet Crop Top – Zara £29.99

Organic Cotton Plain White & White and Blue Striped Tshirts – Zara £5.99 each

More Hugs Grey Pocket Tshirt – Zara £12.99

Water Repellent Trench Coat – Zara £49.99

Black Asymmetric Layed Long-sleeved Tshirt – Zara £17.99

I adore all these purchases and can’t really pick a favourite! The pink velvet top was an absolute must, fell in love when I saw it and just couldn’t leave the store without it; likewise with the ‘More Hugs’ tee, how cute is that?! The coat is great as I needed a waterproof one but obviously wanted one that looked good and stylish, this one fits that bill nicely. Time will tell as to how comfortable the shoes turn out to be… I’m very whingey when it comes to uncomfortable shoes so we’ll see how that goes; I’ve not worn either of them out yet!

Christmas is getting so close now!

Best wishes,

Nicole
